Dr. Janet Kobusinge Lubega is an Advanced Field Epidemiology Training Program (FETP) Fellow with the CDC-supported Uganda National Institute of Public Health, Ministry of Health. A medical doctor and public health specialist, she has over a decade of experience advancing pediatric and adolescent HIV prevention, care, and treatment. She has coordinated national initiatives such as the Munonye pediatric/adolescent HIV testing campaign and provided technical leadership in PMTCT, ART optimization, and adolescent-friendly services. Dr. Lubega combines clinical, programmatic, and epidemiological expertise to strengthen health systems, mentor future professionals, and drive progress toward ending AIDS by 2030.
